Pet Photography Melbourne ~ Jari and Angie
I met Jari and his therapy dog Angie through the Dogs for Kids with Disabilities (DKD) organisation, and I organised a Melbourne Pet Photography session with their Mum to celebrate their new friendship. DKD specialises in training assistance dogs for children with autism and therapy dogs to help children increase their confidence, lower anxiety and to be their beloved furry companion. As a pet photographer these are the sorts of incredible relationships that I adore celebrating, so you can imagine how much I enjoyed working with Jari and Angie!
Angie is only 10 months old, but she is already a gorgeous little friend for Jari. I had so much fun with these two! Jari's awesome sense of humour had me cracking up - he's has a fantastic spirit and is so loving and gentle with Angie. He loves her kisses, belly rubs and sleeping with Angie by his side.
We organised their pet photography session in Altona by the beach. There was also a playground nearby, so Jari showed me the agility training he's been doing with Angel. He also brought his wicked Huffy Slider bike - Angie sprinted happily beside Jari as he whizzed up and down the pavement (then when she started to tire he swept her up for a cuddle in his lap). I think that Angie is one lucky soul to have a best friend like Jari - and vice versa. Thank you so much for a fantastic afternoon Jari, Angie (and their Mum Abi). I had an absolute blast meeting you all!
