About Pug Rescue Victoria
Pug Rescue & Adoption Victoria is an animal welfare charity dedicated to helping all pugs and pug-like crosses in need. They operate entirely by community volunteers with a foster care network, finding abandoned and surrendered wrinklets new and loving homes.
They rely on donations and work tirelessly to continue rehabilitating and rehoming every dog that comes into their care. I’m so proud to be collaborating and supporting them with the PUG HUGS & FRENCHIE KISSES project!
The Details
PUG HUGS & FRENCHIE KISSES is a limited edition, hardcover coffee table book, with 100% of book sale profits donated directly to Pug Rescue and Adoption Victoria
Pugs, Frenchies and all pug-ish crosses are welcome! The more wrinklets on board, the merrier! Photoshoot locations are all within 20 minutes of Melbourne CBD (some travel dates may be organised for around the Eastern Suburbs / Daylesford area / Mornington Peninsula and other locations).
$90 Registration Fee includes your custom Ragamuffin Pet Photography photosession (usually $250) and a double page spread in the PUG HUGS & FRENCHIE KISSES book. 50% of your registration fee is donated straight back to Pug Rescue.
As always, our books are professional designed and printed locally right here in Melbourne, Australia. PUG HUGS & FRENCHIE KISSES will be published around June 2019 and available to purchase for approximately $95 + delivery.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
My dog is not rescued - can we still be involved in this project?
Absolutely - we’re welcoming all puggos, frenchies and their crosses to be involved in this project to help support their wrinkled friends in need through Pug Rescue Victoria!
My dog can’t go off-leash - can she still be photographed?
That’s no problem at all! Most of the dogs I photograph are actually on lead - I just removed it later digitally. Your wrinklet can be on collar or in their spunky harness for extra safety.
Can we be photographed with our dogs as well?
You sure can! Select the SUPER SESSION option when you’re registering online for extra time, portraits with your family and/or multiple locations
Can my non-wrinkled doggo be photographed with their pug sibling?
Absolutely! Select the SUPER SESSION option when you’re registering online, and we’ll include all your pets in your session (only your wrinklet will be in the book, but we’ll capture some gorgeous group portraits and just as many individual photos of their smooooth sibling too!)
Will be dog definitely be in the book?
Yup! Every dog who registers for this project is guaranteed their own double page spread & story in the coffee table book - spaces are strictly limited and do sell out quickly though, so get in quick if you’re keen to be a part of this project!
The Experience
The Ragamuffin Experience is designed to capture everything that you love about your pets.
Your dog will have the BEST. DAY. EVER!!! exploring with their favourite people. It’s an experience neither of you will ever forget and it’s all about celebrating the friendship that you share together.
Out of the happy craziness of our afternoon spent spoiling your pet (treats! toys! places! people!), a gallery of artistic portraits will emerge. We will meet again for your Session Reveal at the Ragamuffin Showroom.
This tends to be the favourite part of the experience. Laugh, smile and maybe even shed a tear while you relive your special afternoon through a short film that captures everything you love about your furry family. Your heart will burst with pride and joy and together we will go through your entire gallery of photographs to design your custom artwork together (click here to view the full artwork pricelist)
At the end of the year, we’ll celebrate your dog and their story with the publication of the PUG HUGS & FRENCHIE KISSES book. Come and join us at the Book Launch party, where you can proudly share and show off your dog’s story (pawtographs encouraged!)
