We’re looking for a friendly, confident Client Care & Sales Consultant
to support our clients behind the scenes and guide them through their Ragamuffin journey.
This role is perfect if you:
Love dogs (and people)
Are empathetic, confident, and enjoy helping clients make meaningful decisions
Value flexibility and working from home
What you'll be doing:
Run sales sessions over Zoom, helping our clients choose their favourite photographs, design their packages, and confidently closing each sale with warmth and professionalism
Discovery phone calls with clients/leads
Email and SMS inbox — responding promptly and warmly to client messages
Occasionally assist at expos or dog events in Melbourne

REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent English
Proven sales experience (service-based or consultative)
Based in Victoria
Confidence using Zoom and learning new software
Saturday availability (one Saturday off per month)
A genuine love and interest in dogs
PAY + HOURS
$30-35/hour
20 hours a week
Part-time role
Unlimited annual leave
Uncapped monthly commission
