We’re looking for a friendly, confident Client Care & Sales Consultant

to support our clients behind the scenes and guide them through their Ragamuffin journey.

This role is perfect if you:

  • Love dogs (and people)

  • Are empathetic, confident, and enjoy helping clients make meaningful decisions

  • Value flexibility and working from home

What you'll be doing:

  • Run sales sessions over Zoom, helping our clients choose their favourite photographs, design their packages, and confidently closing each sale with warmth and professionalism

  • Discovery phone calls with clients/leads

  • Email and SMS inbox — responding promptly and warmly to client messages

  • Occasionally assist at expos or dog events in Melbourne

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent English

  • Proven sales experience (service-based or consultative)

  • Based in Victoria

  • Confidence using Zoom and learning new software

  • Saturday availability (one Saturday off per month)

  • A genuine love and interest in dogs

PAY + HOURS

  • $30-35/hour

  • 20 hours a week

  • Part-time role

  • Unlimited annual leave

  • Uncapped monthly commission
